Overview:

CHENEGA BASE & LOGISTICS SERVICES, LLC

Rucker, AL

The General Clerk II will provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

In-process Service Members, Contractors, IMSO, etc.
Receive weekly rosters and prep worksheet for OCIE issues
Maintain records to include shredding files as needed
Assist with OCIE discrepancies and direct to proper procedure
Conduct quarterly audits in accordance with IAW DA PAM 710-2-1
Maintain clean and organizing filing stations
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School graduate or GED.
Minimum one (1) year related work experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
