Part-Time Office Cleaner

About the Position
We are looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Cleaner to provide cleaning services for several professional office locations in the Warner Robins area.
This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time work with a flexible schedule. The cleaning is performed after normal business hours, allowing you to choose a convenient time within the approved schedule for each location.
The cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, organized, and professional environment at each location. The individual hired for this position should take pride in their work and be able to complete cleaning duties independently and thoroughly.
Cleaning Locations & Schedule
Loan Office — Twice Per Week
The loan office must be cleaned two times each week:
Tuesday: Anytime after 5:30 PM
Friday: Anytime after 5:30 PM
Saturday: Saturday may be used as an alternative cleaning day when needed or preferred.
The offices should be cleaned thoroughly during each scheduled visit, including floors, restrooms, work areas, common areas, and other designated spaces.
Medical Office — Once Per Week
The medical office must be cleaned once each week:
Friday: Anytime after 5:00 PM
Saturday: Saturday may be used as an alternative.
The office should be left clean, sanitary, organized, and ready for staff and patients during regular business hours.
Apartment Complex Office — Once Per Month
The apartment complex office must be cleaned once each month:
First Wednesday of each month
This monthly cleaning should be completed thoroughly and include all designated office areas, floors, restrooms, surfaces, and common areas.
General Cleaning Responsibilities
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Vacuuming carpeted areas.
Sweeping and mopping hard floors.
Dusting furniture, desks, ledges, and other surfaces.
Wiping and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces.
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
Cleaning sinks, countertops, mirrors, and other restroom surfaces.
Emptying trash cans and replacing liners.
Cleaning entryways, hallways, and common areas.
Removing visible dirt, dust, fingerprints, and debris.
Keeping cleaning areas neat and presentable.
Checking that each location is properly cleaned before leaving.
Reporting any damage, maintenance concerns, or supply needs.
Following any specific cleaning instructions provided for each location.

Must be able to perform routine cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
Compensation
Total compensation is $320 per month for completing the scheduled cleaning services at all assigned locations.
This is a consistent part-time opportunity with a recurring weekly and monthly schedule. The position does not require daytime availability because the cleaning is scheduled primarily for evenings and Saturdays.

Applicants should understand that the position includes multiple office locations and requires the cleaner to maintain the established cleaning frequency for each location. Reliability is very important because the offices need to be cleaned according to schedule.
