Exterior Painter (Stucco & Elastomeric Coatings) – Weekly Pay

Job Description:
STB Stucco Incorporated is looking to build a solid in-house team of skilled exterior painters. We specialize in high-end stucco homes and exterior restoration, and we’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company long-term.
This is a payroll position (W-2) with weekly pay. Depending on your start date, you may receive your first check the same week.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with exterior painting (stucco preferred)
- Knowledge of elastomeric coatings (Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP or similar)
- Ability to keep a wet edge and paint to proper specifications
- Clean, sharp cut lines and attention to detail
- Strong caulking skills
- Ability to work with a team and get along with others
- Takes pride in being a clean, professional painter (protects surfaces, covers ground, cleans up properly)
- Reliable and willing to keep learning and improving
- Ability to take charge of a job and run it from start to finish
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):
- Stucco repair experience
- Carpentry / wood rot repair
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Must have your own basic tools (brushes, etc.)
- Must show up ready to work and be dependable

Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or industrial coating applications on construction sites.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as caulking guns, putty knives, brushes, rollers, power tools including airless sprayers and sanders.
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
