Full Job Description

If you have experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, and receiving inspection, then you need to apply today!

This role interacts directly with all functions in the business from purchasing to manufacturing to accounting supporting inventory receiving, accuracy, and location tracking; including material picking and delivery for shop orders. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

Experience using an MRP or ERP inventory management system in a manufacturing environment
Experience performing inventory transactions within an MRP system on a daily basis
Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation experience
Receiving and inventory control experience
Forklift experience
Strong computer skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently

WHAT YOU’LL DO

A typical day in this role may include the following:

Maintain inventory accuracy using our ERP system
Process inventory transactions within the ERP system
Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
Inventory control and Audits
Shipping and Receiving
Picking material for shop orders
Forklift operation
Loading and unloading orders and deliveries
Inspecting and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders
Reporting damaged or miss-shipped items promptly and working closely with suppliers to take necessary corrective actions
