Full Job Description

We are seeking an organized, creative, and patient-focused team member to join our dental practice’s front office team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will help create exceptional patient experiences while serving as an ambassador for our practice both in the office and online. From coordinating patient communications and supporting front office operations to managing our social media presence, website content, and marketing initiatives, you will play an important role in shaping how our practice is represented to current and prospective patients. If you enjoy connecting with people, creating engaging content, and contributing to the growth of a patient-centered dental practice, we'd love to hear from you. Key responsibilities would include:

Patient Communication & Administrative Support

Provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients with scheduling, check-in/check-out, and general questions.
Manage phone calls, text messages, emails, and other patient communications in a professional and timely manner.
Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment recommendations and unscheduled treatment plans.
Assist with patient payments, treatment estimates, and routine billing functions.
Maintain organized patient records and support daily front-office operations.

Marketing, Social Media, and Digital Presence

Develop and implement marketing campaigns utilizing social media to increase patient awareness of procedures offered, attract new patients, and strengthen patient retention.
Identify opportunities to promote services, patient success stories, community involvement, and team culture in a digital manner.
Maintain a regular social media posting schedule and ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and communications.
Update and maintain the practice website with current photos and info about team members, treatments offered, and recommend improvements where needed to enhance user experience and patient engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a dental front office setting preferred
Marketing, social media training, education, and experience preferred
Strong proficiency with computers, web-based platforms, and social media tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and assist with technology-related office needs
Exceptional communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
