Mortgage Loan Closer

Join a team where precision meets purpose. At First Bank Texas, we’re committed to making the home loan process smooth, transparent, and stress-free for our customers. As a Mortgage Closer, you’ll be the final step in turning loan approvals into homeownership dreams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Review and prepare accurate closing packages in compliance with TRID, RESPA, and investor guidelines.
Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and loan officers to facilitate closings.
Deliver Closing Disclosures and ensure borrowers understand their final terms.
Resolve last-minute issues quickly to keep closings on track.
Submit complete post-closing packages to investors or internal teams.

Qualifications:

Experience in mortgage closing, loan processing, or related banking role.
Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations and closing procedures.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Clear, professional communication with borrowers and partners.
Proficiency with mortgage LOS and document prep software
