Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector-End of Line to join our manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that finished products meet stringent quality standards before they reach our customers. Your keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and commitment to quality assurance will help uphold our reputation for excellence. You will play a vital role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal quality systems, ensuring every product leaving the line is safe, reliable, and of the highest quality.

Shift available:

7pm - 5 am Monday through Thursday

Duties

Roles and Responsibilities

· Inspect parts at the end of the production line for defects, damage, or any approved deviations from specifications.

· Perform the inspection per the work instructions (visual, dimensional, and functional checks using inspection tools and equipment if indicated.)

· Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation.

· Identify non-conformities, segregate defective products, communicate issues to team leaders, quality techs and escalate as needed.

· Use the color-coded bins per the Nonconformance process.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and customer requirements.

· Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities as required.

· Maintain a clean and organized inspection area following 5S and safety guidelines.

· Be at your workstation per your schedule and follow the employee handbook.

Skill and Education Requirements
Previous experience in quality control/inspection within manufacturing or production environment.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to read work instructions.

· Proficient in using the measuring tools required for the assigned job.

· Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation if required.

· Good communication, disposition, and teamwork skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
