FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $80K - $100K

Company Overview: Artisan Industries is a specialized engineering and manufacturing company that solves complex thermal separation and purification challenges for the global process industries. With nearly a century of engineering expertise, Artisan designs and builds advanced processing systems, including its thin-film technologies and the Rototherm platform, that help customers concentrate, evaporate, strip, and recover valuable materials in demanding industrial environments. A comprehensive in-house pilot plant lets customers validate process concepts and gather scale-up data before committing to full production equipment, one of the defining advantages of the Artisan model. Our customers are technical and our people solve problems others cannot. We serve specialty and fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, edible oils, and related process industries from our headquarters in Stoughton, Massachusetts.

Position Overview: Artisan Industries is looking for a creative, driven marketer to own how our brand shows up in the world. This is a broad, hands-on role with real ownership: you'll run our trade shows and events, build the materials that power our sales team, grow our digital presence, and bring campaigns to life. Artisan is a technical B2B company that sells engineered capital equipment to process engineers and plant managers. Need for this role is marketing skill, energy, and the curiosity to learn our business.

What You'll Do:

Own the Brand: Keep Artisan looking and sounding sharp everywhere it shows up, from the website and sales materials to trade show booths and digital channels.
Run Trade Shows and Events: Plan and own our presence at industry shows and conferences, from our booth design and logistics to the buzz on the floor and the follow-up that turns leads into conversations.
Bring Campaigns to Life: Drive campaigns across web, email, social, SEO, and paid media, working with our creative partners to shape what gets built.
Power the Sales Team: Create presentations, brochures, application stories, case studies, and videos that help our sales team win.
Tell Our Story: Turn deep engineering into content that grabs technical buyers, including blog posts, application notes, and customer success stories.
Grow Our Digital Presence: Keep our website fresh and our LinkedIn and email channels active and engaging.
Measure and Improve: Track what is working, learn fast, and double down on what drives results.
Connect the Dots: Work closely with sales, engineering, and operations so our message is always sharp, accurate, and current.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience in a B2B setting. Industrial or technical experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
A creative eye and strong writing, with an aptitude for consistent, professional brand presentation.
Great organizational skills and the ability to coordinate branding, events, collateral, and campaigns.
Experience with digital marketing and CRM tools. HubSpot is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events (<10%).
