Key Responsibilities

Serve as the central hub of communication between office staff, field crews, customers, and vendors
Coordinate daily schedules for crews, jobs, and appointments
Answer calls, emails, and client requests with professionalism and urgency
Manage administrative tasks, paperwork, and overall office operations
Maintain CRM systems, job notes, and internal records
Keep digital and physical files organized and up to date
Support job tracking, invoicing, and follow-ups
Assist with hiring coordination, onboarding, and team support
Manage vendors, supplies, and office resources
Coordinate meetings, events, and internal activities
Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
Help foster a positive, accountable team environment
