Position Overview:

Little Harpeth Children’s Dentistry, a thriving pediatric dental practice in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our team. The practice is committed to providing state-of-the-art dental care for children in a fun, nurturing, and family-friendly environment.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated pediatric dentist to hit the ground running in a well-established practice. The position offers mentorship from a highly experienced, Board-certified pediatric dentist and practice owner who holds national Diplomate and Fellow status with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentisty– one of few in the greater Nashville area. The owner is committed to helping you grow professionally, providing potential for future partnership and ownership within the practice. The practice operates with five treatment chairs and is ready to expand with a sixth chair to accommodate continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, compassionate dental care for pediatric patients in a supportive environment.
Perform comprehensive pediatric dental procedures, including oral rehabilitation sedation dentistry and General Anesthesia cases.
Build rapport with young patients and their families, establishing trust and comfort.
Collaborate with a team of experienced dental professionals and contribute to the smooth operation of the practice.
Participate in the future growth of the practice, including leadership opportunities and potential eventual ownership if wanted.

Qualifications:

Educational Credentials: Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school, along with completion of a pediatric dental residency program.
Treatment Expertise: Proven experience with pediatric full mouth dental rehabilitation and oral sedation.
Passion for Pediatric Care: A genuine dedication to pediatric dentistry, with the ability to connect with children and their families to provide exceptional care.
Leadership and Teamwork: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work closely with staff, maintain positive relationships with patients, and contribute to the overall success of the practice.
Licensing: Active Tennessee dental license or eligibility to obtain one; Tennessee Comprehensive Conscience Sedation license.
