Office Administrator — The Heartbeat of Our Practice

At Plus One Pelvic Health, you'd be the first face and voice our patients meet — the person who sets the tone for their entire experience with us. We're looking for someone organized, reliable, and genuinely warm, who takes pride in making a practice run smoothly behind the scenes while making every patient feel cared for out front.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Manage patient intake, ensuring forms are completed and processed correctly
Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including scheduling, data entry, and communications
Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming office environment
Assist with marketing efforts to support the practice's growth
Handle additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and team members
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to become an expert at random tasks
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Google Sheets)
A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for great customer service
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:45 AM–4:00 PM
