Commercial Plumber - Foreman / Job Runner
Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Full-time, year-round commercial work. Macomb & Oakland County. $40-$60/hr depending on experience.
Hassig Companies is hiring experienced licensed Michigan plumbers who can run clean commercial work - lead jobs, coordinate trades and inspectors, read drawings, solve field problems, and take ownership without being micromanaged. Commercial work only. Steady, year-round, and we don't send good people home when the work slows down.
We're looking for plumbers who can run work - not more apprentices. You get top pay, a truck you take home, quality tools, organized support, and direct access to ownership. No drama, no screaming, no corporate nonsense.
PAY - DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
We pay for the license, the experience, and the ability to run work. Three starting bands:
$55-$60/hr - Senior Foreman / Project Lead / Master-Level. Experienced leaders who can run larger commercial jobs and small crews. Room to go higher for the right master-level candidate with backflow and large-project leadership - let's talk.
$48-$55/hr - Licensed Journeyman with Lead / Foreman Ability. Journeymen who can run their own work and lead on the job.
$40-$48/hr - Standard Licensed Journeyman. Licensed journeymen building toward lead and foreman work.
Every level includes guaranteed 40 hours per week, a take-home company truck or van*, fuel card, company-paid health & dental insurance*, paid holidays*, paid sick time, top tools, a company iPad, performance and year-end bonuses, 1-3 raise reviews per year, and direct access to ownership.

WHY THIS JOB IS DIFFERENT
A lot of shops say they pay well, then cut hours, send guys home, make them chase parts, or leave them stuck with bad planning. That's not what we're building. At Hassig Companies, good plumbers get steady work, strong pay, quality tools, organized support, and direct communication with ownership. We want people who care about the trade and want to be treated like professionals.

- Want to be paid well for real skill and run clean work without babysitting
- Want steady 40-hour weeks with a company that doesn't send good people home
- Take pride in doing things right and communicate well with the office and field
- Want direct access to ownership and are tired of disorganized shops and being treated like a number
