Role Snapshot: Lead a team of field marketers who engage homeowners, qualify needs, and set appointments for our sales team. You’ll coach in the field, manage KPIs, and build a consistent, brand-aligned operation.
THIS ROLE IS PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN
We’re building a high-performance field marketing organization—with clear standards, coaching, and accountability.
This is a hands-on field leadership role. You will:
- Lead daily field execution and hit appointment targets through coaching and pacing
- Train and develop new hires; reinforce scripts, quality, and professionalism
- Implement field systems, track KPIs, and hold the team accountable

THE ROLE:
You will lead and develop a team of Field Marketers who:
- Engage homeowners professionally in the neighborhood (door-to-door)
- Qualify homeowner needs and confirm project interest
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team
This is a field-first role. You will:
- Work alongside the team in the field and coach live conversations
- Run structured training (roleplay, objection handling, quality standards)
- Track KPIs, review results daily, and reinforce accountability
Success is measured by qualified appointments set, team consistency, and adherence to our process—not activity without outcomes.

EXPECTATIONS:
You will be expected to deliver consistently in the following areas:
Key Responsibilities
- Coach in the field daily and reinforce a consistent, professional customer experience
- Ensure team readiness (tools, uniforms, territory plan) and enforce standards
- Drive daily production (doors, conversations, qualified appointments) against targets
- Track and communicate KPIs; identify gaps and execute corrective coaching
- Run structured training (onboarding, roleplay, objection handling) and certify new hires
- Manage performance: recognize top performers, coach developing reps, and make timely staffing decisions

- Base pay + performance incentives (team-based overrides)
