About the Role

PeopleShare is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Frederick, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping candidates find meaningful employment while supporting client hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and place candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Prepare and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
Maintain active job postings on platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting sources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interviews and provide interview preparation and coaching.
Assist candidates with resume development and career guidance.
Conduct orientations and onboarding activities for new hires.
Ensure compliance with PeopleShare hiring practices, including background checks, drug screenings, references, and required documentation.
Manage multiple job openings simultaneously while meeting performance metrics and placement goals.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records within company systems.

Qualifications

Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, interviewing, hiring, customer service, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High sense of urgency and ability to move processes forward quickly.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience working toward performance goals and key metrics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Teams.
Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Proven history of reliability and strong job tenure preferred.
