Full Job Description

Loudoun Medical Group (LMG), one of the largest and most diverse physician-owned, multi-specialty group practices in Virginia, is seeking experienced charge poster to support a Primary/Immediate Care and Specialty practices in Leesburg, Virginia. This is a Full-Time position.

Responsibilities:

Posting medical charges
Chart review of providers notes and documentation
Charge posting and payment posting
Reconciliation of charges and payments
Perform other duties as needed

Skills & Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of medical charge posting and payment posting experience
Experience working in EMR system; Pulse experience a plus
Knowledge of coding with CPT/HCPCS & ICD-10
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Proficient computer skills
Good time management skills
Ability to work independently.
