About the Role:

The Fabricator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by transforming raw materials into finished products that meet precise specifications. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of fabrication techniques to ensure high-quality output. The Fabricator will work closely with engineers and designers to interpret blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring that all components are fabricated accurately. Additionally, this role involves maintaining equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Ultimately, the Fabricator contributes significantly to the overall efficiency and quality of production, impacting the company's reputation and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a fabrication or manufacturing role.
Basic understanding of fabrication techniques and machinery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in welding or machining.
Experience with CNC programming and operation.
Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate fabrication processes.
Operate various fabrication machinery and tools, including saws, welders, and CNC machines, to produce components.
Measure and cut materials to precise dimensions, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
