Job Title: CNC Lathe Setup/Operator - Swing Shift
Location: Fremont, CA

Are you a skilled CNC Lathe Setup/Operator looking to advance your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Join E2E Mfg, where precision and quality are at the core of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathes, including Haas CNC Lathes machines and Okuma Mill/Turn
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Perform machine adjustments to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
Conduct first article and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in CNC lathe setup and operation (Haas experience preferred).
Strong understanding of G-code programming and machine offsets.
Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
