Full Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for an assistant baker with a passion for working with dough and crafting artisan sourdough bread. We're searching for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to our bakery's success.

We are currently seeking an individual willing to work morning shifts. Additionally, the position will also include working the afternoon shift. Long-term commitment only, please.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a diverse range of bread, with a particular focus on artisan sourdough.
Execute traditional baking methods, including mixing, fermenting, shaping, and baking dough.
Uphold stringent quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in all products.
Collaborate closely with the team to innovate recipes and enhance existing ones, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Maintain a pristine workspace, adhering to strict cleanliness and organization standards.
Provide exceptional customer service at the storefront, sharing your passion and knowledge about our products.

Requirements:

1 year of experience in artisan bread production, with a specialization in sourdough.
Demonstrated expertise as a baker, showcasing mastery in crafting artisan sourdough bread.
Deep understanding of baking principles, techniques, and ingredients, coupled with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence.
