Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Project Manager
Gregory Contracting is looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Project Manager to join our growing team.
We are a quality-minded remodeling and construction company based in Forest Lake, Minnesota. Gregory Contracting has been in business for over 25 years and works with homeowners throughout Forest Lake and the surrounding communities.
This position will focus primarily on kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. We are looking for someone who understands the details involved in residential interior remodeling, communicates well with homeowners and crews, and can keep projects organized, scheduled, and moving forward.
Position Summary
The Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Project Manager will oversee residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from the start of production through final completion.
This person will coordinate schedules, communicate with homeowners, work with employees and subcontractors, review plans and selections, manage jobsite details, and help ensure each project is completed on time, on budget, and according to Gregory Contracting’s quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects at one time
- Communicate regularly with homeowners throughout the remodeling process
- Coordinate schedules with employees, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Review project scopes, plans, drawings, product selections, and job details before construction begins
- Confirm that cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, flooring, appliances, and other materials are ordered and available when needed
- Coordinate demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, painting, and finish work
- Verify dimensions, layouts, cabinet locations, fixture locations, and other critical project details
- Work closely with the interior designer, sales team, materials manager, office staff, and field crews
- Monitor job progress, workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Use Buildertrend or similar project management software to track schedules, project details, communications, photos, and updates
- Communicate project updates, questions, concerns, and changes in a professional and timely manner
- Identify potential scheduling or construction issues and help resolve them before they cause delays
- Help keep projects on schedule and moving efficiently
- Assist with change orders, inspections, progress payments, punch lists, and project closeout
- Conduct final walkthroughs and help ensure all work is completed to Gregory Contracting’s standards
Qualifications
- Residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling project management experience required
- Strong understanding of residential remodeling and construction practices
- Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, electrical, tile, flooring, drywall, and finish carpentry
- Ability to read and understand scopes of work, plans, cabinet layouts, drawings, selections, and project details
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at one time
- Ability to coordinate employees, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
- Experience with Buildertrend is a plus
- Experience with another CRM or project management program is also helpful
- Valid driver’s license required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience Preferred
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling project management: 3 years
- Residential remodeling or residential construction: 3 years
- Buildertrend or similar project management software experience preferred

Pay will be determined based on experience.
