Project Manager – Residential Programs

Location: Atlanta, GA 30315 Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 45k (based on experience) Work Location: In-Person

About Us

Rosaleana’s Community Development Center Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral challenges. We provide residential and community-based services designed to promote independence, safety, and quality of life through person-centered support and community integration.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Project Manager to help lead our residential programs and support our mission of empowering individuals to live meaningful lives.

Position Summary

The Project Manager oversees daily program operations, supervises staff, and ensures services are delivered in accordance with Georgia DBHDD standards and organizational policies. This role supports program development, staff training, compliance monitoring, and quality improvement to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of residential programs and program sites.

Supervise program staff and assist with staff training, scheduling, and professional development.

Ensure services are delivered in compliance with Georgia DBHDD policies, ISP requirements, and program standards.

Maintain accurate program documentation including monthly reports, treatment plans, and resident records.

Monitor program performance, workflow, and operational procedures.

Assist with program development, community partnerships, and outreach activities.

Coordinate staff meetings and communicate regularly with leadership regarding program updates.

Support implementation of policies and procedures that promote resident safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of case management experience required.

Experience working with foster youth, individuals with behavioral challenges, or developmental disabilities preferred.

CPR and First Aid Certification required (or ability to obtain).

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills and experience maintaining records and reports.

Valid driver’s license required.

Schedule

Monday – Friday

8-hour shifts

Occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities as needed.

Work Location

Atlanta, GA 30315 Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year
