Position Overview

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Better Days Therapies, you will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services to pediatric clients in an outpatient setting. Our therapists utilize a child-led approach to create engaging and meaningful therapy experiences that support communication development and functional success.

You will collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders while helping children build confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s unique strengths and needs
Provide evidence-based speech and language interventions in a play-based, child-led environment
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support carryover and holistic care
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
Georgia licensure or eligibility for Georgia licensure
Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative mindset and passion for lifelong learning
