Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Unit Secretary to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital communication hub within the facility, managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient information, and supporting clinical staff. This role requires excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Job Summary: As Unit Secretary you will maintain and organize medical records in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations; adhere to facility policies and procedures; perform clerical duties associated with position. The Unit Secretary reports directly to the RN Unit Coordinator.

Experience:

Some health-care experience preferred.
