Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Design Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in home renovations and windows and doors ., with the ability to engag customers effectively. As a Design Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, guiding clients through their design choices, and ensuring their vision is realized. Your role will involve selling products, negotiating deals, and upselling additional services to enhance the customer experience.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice on lighting design and interior decor options.
Utilize basic math skills to calculate measurements and ensure accurate product selections.
Sell products effectively while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales successfully.
Upsell additional products or services that complement client needs.
Maintain an organized workspace and manage client follow-ups efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive project execution.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the design or retail industry.
Strong knowledge of lighting design principles and interior design concepts.
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales with confidence.
Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
A passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive attitude towards upselling and enhancing customer experiences.
