As an Insurance Lead Generator, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by identifying and engaging potential clients. You’ll leverage your skills in negotiation and communication to build relationships and generate high-quality leads that convert into valuable clients. What you’ll do

Conduct outside leads campaigns to connect with potential clients and generate interest in our insurance products.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of communications.
Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts, ensuring a personalized approach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation efforts and improve conversion rates.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills while presenting insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
Participate in business development initiatives to identify new market opportunities and expand our client base.
Utilize Salesforce for managing sales processes, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on lead generation success.
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Basic qualifications

Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales or telemarketing.
Familiarity with technology sales and inside sales processes.
Proficient in using CRM software and Salesforce for lead management.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in technical sales or the insurance industry is a plus.
Background in marketing or business development will be advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
