Job description:

Position: Child Watch Attendant

Location: Wilcox Fitness, Pilot Point, TX

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM

About Us:
At Wilcox Fitness, we’re more than just a gym — we’re a community. We want our members to be able to focus on becoming healthier and stronger while knowing their kiddos are in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.

We are currently looking for a dependable, friendly, and energetic Child Watch Attendant to join our team during our evening group training hours.

This is a great opportunity for a mom looking for a simple side hustle or a high school student wanting to earn some extra money without a demanding work schedule during the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise children in the Wilcox Fitness Child Watch Room while their parents participate in workouts.
Create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for all children.
Engage with the kids through age-appropriate games, activities, toys, and interaction.
Help maintain a clean and organized Child Watch Room.
Monitor children closely and communicate with parents when needed.
Help make every family feel comfortable and welcomed at Wilcox Fitness.
Follow all Wilcox Fitness child watch policies and safety procedures.
Work consistently during the scheduled evening hours.

Qualifications (Preferred):

Enjoys working with children and has a positive attitude.
Dependable and able to consistently work the scheduled hours.
Friendly, patient, responsible, and trustworthy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous babysitting, childcare, daycare, or child supervision experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to maintain a safe and organized environment.
High school students are welcome to apply.
