Full Job Description

Growing public accounting firm in North Florida is hiring a Senior Tax Accountant to work with interesting clients in a variety of industries on a permanent and/or seasonal basis. The right candidate for this position will possess experience in all types of tax preparation.

Essential Functions:

Prepare individual, trust, partnership and corporate tax returns;
Assist in researching and drafting memorandum involving complex tax matters; and
Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines.

Requirements:

CPA certification is preferred;
Minimum 3-5 years of public accounting experience;
Excellent analytical and technical tax skills;
Knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for tax clients;
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making ability; and
Desire to work with a seasoned tax team to further develop advanced skills.'
