Job Title: Stainless Steel Tubing Fabricator
Job Description
This hands-on role focuses on shaping, finishing, and preparing stainless steel tubing to meet both standard product specifications and custom rail designs. You will work with precision tools and machinery to bend, polish, and package tubing while maintaining high quality standards and supporting overall production efficiency.
Responsibilities

Accurately bend stainless steel tubing according to detailed product specifications and custom rail requirements using specialized tools and equipment.

Set up, operate, and monitor machines used for tubing fabrication, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Use measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and ensure components meet specifications.

Buff, polish, and clean stainless steel tubing to achieve a smooth, professional surface finish that meets quality standards.

Inspect finished products for defects, verify compliance with technical drawings and schematics, and make adjustments as needed.

Carefully package finished products to prevent damage during shipping and ensure a positive customer experience.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand job requirements and fabrication details.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly production goals.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, following all safety procedures and guidelines.

Assist with general labor and production tasks as needed to support overall operational efficiency.

Use computer systems to enter production data, review work instructions, and support machine or production operations.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the broader manufacturing and fabrication processes.
Essential Skills-
Previous experience in metal fabrication or a manufacturing environment, with willingness to learn and participate in provided training.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality workmanship.

Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.

Skill in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances.

Ability to operate production machinery safely and effectively.

Basic computer skills, including the ability to operate production-related software or systems.

Reliable and punctual work habits, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Comfort working in a production environment performing general labor and fabrication tasks.

Ability to perform precision bending, surface finishing, and product packaging tasks in accordance with specifications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications-
Experience with CNC equipment or automated machinery is a plus.

Prior experience in stainless steel or metal tubing fabrication is beneficial.

Familiarity with reading and following complex schematics and detailed blueprints.

Background in general production, fabrication, or industrial labor roles.

Mechanical aptitude and interest in machine operation and maintenance.

Work Environment
This role is based in a production facility that is non-climate controlled, and the work environment can be very warm depending on the specific area of the plant. You will be exposed to typical production fumes associated with metal fabrication and finishing processes, and safety procedures must be followed at all times. The position is hands-on and physically active, involving regular use of hand tools, measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers, and various fabrication and production machines, including potential CNC and other automated equipment. You will also use computer systems to support machine operation, review schematics and blueprints, and record production information. The workspace emphasizes organization, safety, and teamwork, with a focus on meeting production goals while maintaining high quality standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
