Full Job Description

PRN Cardiovascular Sonographer

Ability to cover weekend rotations, Saturday and Sundays (6:30a-4:30p)

OR ability to cover weekdays for PTO and sick time

Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a(an) Echo Technologist for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? What you will do in this role:
As the Echo Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician.
You will be responsible for day-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.
You will serve as a role model and clinical resource for the staff.
You will respond in a timely manner to requests for information or follow-up with physician, staff or patient issues.

What qualifications you will need:

Graduate of a Diagnostic Echo Medical Sonography Program
(RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or (RDCS) Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, or (RCS) Registered Cardiac Sonographer
ARDMS or CCI registered or eligible, to be obtained within 6 months
BLS obtained within 30 days of hire date
One year experience preferred
