We are seeking a detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Accounting /Office Clerks . The ideal candidate for this position has had experience working in an office environment and has a history of balancing various different financial responsibilities. Candidates should have an excellent understanding of social media, a proficiency with computers, and the ability to work independently. The right individual will have their own opinion and be very innovative when it comes to the decision-making process.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email.
Prepare, review, and analyze invoices and payroll .
Be versed in use of Office 365 and computer.
Review and research payments prior to issuing checks.
Monitor and make payments to vendors.
Peform journal entries, enter data into spreadsheets.
Perform a multitude of tasks related to Accounting/ Office adminstration.
