Full-Time Position

Responsibilities:

You'll spend your days:

Assisting with daily office operations and administrative tasks
Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
Managing and organizing files, both electronic and paper
Supporting the team with scheduling and coordinating meetings
Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service
Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

Previous office experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
