Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic financial planning, conduct comprehensive analysis, and develop robust financial models that support informed decision-making across the organization. Your expertise will help shape our financial strategies, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

Lead the development of detailed financial projection models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Conduct variance analysis reporting to identify key drivers of financial performance and recommend actionable improvements.
Prepare and interpret complex financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and other regulatory frameworks.
Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Manage financial reporting software systems to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Perform cost accounting analyses to evaluate profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities across departments.
Support SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance efforts by implementing internal controls and conducting audits as needed.
Collaborate with business intelligence teams to develop insightful dashboards and reports that enhance decision-making capabilities.
Engage in strategic planning activities by providing quantitative analysis, financial forecasting, and scenario modeling.
Assist in regulatory reporting requirements and ensure adherence to all relevant financial concepts and standards.

Skills

Extensive knowledge of IFRS, SOX compliance, and technical accounting principles.
Proven experience in financial sales analysis, pricing strategies, and investment evaluation.
Strong expertise in financial model development, including forecasting models and business intelligence tools.
Proficiency with financial reporting software, Excel data analysis techniques, and accounting systems integration.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Advanced data analysis skills combined with a solid understanding of corporate finance concepts.
Exceptional communication skills for clear financial report writing, interpretation of complex data, and stakeholder presentations.
Demonstrated ability to perform variance analysis reporting and interpret financial statements effectively.
Strong understanding of budgeting processes, cost management strategies, and organizational planning techniques.
Ability to apply quantitative analysis methods for comprehensive financial forecasting and planning.
