MG Machine Inc. is a family owned Machine Shop located in Belton, MO
MG Machine, Inc. is looking for skilled and experienced CNC Machinists to operate precision machinery and produce a quality product for our customers. Manual dexterity and attention to detail are necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience using precision machinery and a mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Program, setup, adjust and operate machine tools to perform precision machining operations with CNC mills, lathes and CNC Swiss. Knowledge of Mastercam a plus.
- Apply knowledge of mathematics to calculate dimensions & tolerances.
- Observe machine operations to detect work piece defects / machine malfunctions & adjust machinery as necessary.
- Perform minor machine maintenance, such as oiling and cleaning.
- Maintain a safe & orderly work area.
Requirements
- Ability to interpret & translate blueprint drawings.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of metal properties and other materials.
- Must occasionally lift and/or lower up to 50 pounds.
- Employee is regularly required to stand.
- Excellent manual dexterity, accuracy & attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Days: Monday through Friday. (Paid time off for most common Holidays)
Work hours:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; normal hours.
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday & 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Friday when working overtime hours.
