Job Type: Full-time and Part-time available
Total Pay: $17.00 - $22.00/hour (Hourly rate plus tips-- which average between $5-$10/hour.) Pay, role, and job title will be based on experience.
Our Cafe Team Members are responsible for the overall customer experience as it relates to coffee and food quality, cleanliness of the restaurant, timeliness of order fulfillment, and friendliness. Our team members go above and beyond to ensure our customers have an amazing, tailored experience at Launch. We are looking for part-time and/or full-time (20-40 hours per week) employees who have flexible hours, a passion for excellent coffee and food, a knowledge of Colorado sports and activities, and a terrific attitude about work and customer service. Reliability and friendliness are extremely important to us and your team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high quality quick-serve food to our customers.
- Prepare and serve high quality coffee and tea drinks to our customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including dishes, floors, windows, equipment, tables, etc.
- Greet customers.
- Cashier.
- Do dishes.
- Monitor supplies and communicate shortfalls to leadership.
- Help service the neighboring brewery with food whenever they're open.
- Prefer a candidate with desire to take a lead role.
- Prefer a candidate with flexible availability.
- Works with Launch leadership to continuously seek out education for self and store, incorporating that knowledge and information into the evolving training program.
- Help promote Launch in our community.
- Be knowledgeable about activities and events in the area. Work at events as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
- One year of work experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
- ServeSafe and/or TiPS training preferred, but not mandatory.

We are located just off of I-70 at the Morrison exit, adjacent to the Dinosaur park and ride lots, and about one mile from the entrance to Red Rocks Amphitheater. We have quick serve and drive-thru service at Launch.
