The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time at our Myrtle Beach office. This role is the heartbeat of our operations—you’ll be supporting our clients, team, and leadership through daily communication, organization, and coordination. If you’re proactive, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow with a company on the rise, this is the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth.
Schedule inbound leads and follow up with prospective clients by phone and email.
Support production scheduling and ensure smooth project coordination.
Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
Manage company social media platforms and contribute to marketing content creation.
Help develop training documents and support special projects as needed.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager and the Paint Rx team to keep the office running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
Administrative experience with skills in scheduling, data entry, and organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized under pressure.
Experience with social media management and basic marketing content creation.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bonus: Experience in the painting, construction, or home services industry.
