Quigley’s Pint & Plate is seeking experienced, dependable Servers to join our team at our Willbrook Blvd location. If you thrive in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment and take pride in delivering attentive, high-quality guest service, this is the role for you.
This is not an entry-level restaurant position. Prior full-service serving experience is required.
What You’ll Do
Guest Service & Sales
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly, professional attitude
- Present menus and assist with food and beverage selections
- Make recommendations and suggest complementary food and beverage pairings, including house-made ales and lagers
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
Order Management & Accuracy
- Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently and safely
- Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff during high-volume periods
Cleanliness & Organization
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized service station
Teamwork & Reliability
- Work cooperatively with other servers, kitchen staff, and bar staff
- Follow direction from managers and shift leaders
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Work scheduled shifts as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Proven restaurant serving or waitstaff experience in a full-service dining environment
- Experience handling cash and processing payments
- Excellent people skills with a friendly, guest-focused approach
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to carry food, drinks, and typical restaurant service items safely
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule & Environment
- Part-time opportunities available
- Shift options:
- 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – Close (Restaurant closes at 10:00 PM)
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs and employee availability

- Tipped position (base pay $2.13 per hour plus tips)
