About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive growth in the U.S., with a strong focus on partner marketing.

This is a commercially focused role responsible for delivering marketing initiatives that strengthen dealer engagement, keep SilverChef top of mind, and drive Rent-Try-Buy referrals. You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, dealer partners, and the Global Marketing team to create practical, high-impact activity that supports business growth. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership, where you can work independently while staying closely connected to sales and partner needs.

Alongside partner marketing, you’ll also contribute to broader brand growth across the U.S. through campaigns, content, customer stories, PR, social media, and events—helping build awareness, trust, and engagement across customers, partners, and the wider industry.

In this role, the key responsibilities include:

Deliver partner marketing initiatives that increase dealer engagement and referrals
Create content across campaigns, communications, customer stories, and social media
Support trade shows, events, sponsorships, and customer shoots
Partner with Sales and dealer networks to identify opportunities and drive activity
Develop practical marketing tools and collateral that support referral growth
Coordinate with external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively
Manage multiple projects with strong ownership, prioritization, and accountability

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

5+ years’ experience in a generalist marketing role across campaigns, content, and partner marketing
Experience delivering partner or channel marketing initiatives that drive engagement or referrals
Strong content and writing skills across campaigns, communications, and customer stories
Ability to translate sales insights into practical marketing activity and collateral
Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple initiatives
Confident communicator and stakeholder manager, with a proactive, hands-on approach
