Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Associate/Counter Sales professional, you will:

Process Orders Efficiently: Handle customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
Maintain Inventory: Receive, stock, and organize products in the warehouse, keeping track of inventory levels and ensuring everything is in its proper place.
Operate Equipment: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize inventory.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to ensure the warehouse and sales areas are running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations and/or counter sales is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to maintain accurate inventory and efficiently support warehouse operations.
Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC products and solutions is a plus, but not required. We will provide training for the right candidate.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform tasks that require physical strength and endurance.
Organization: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and sales efficiently.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
