Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. If you are a proactive individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply.

Duties

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Perform office management tasks including placing orders, invoicing, scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, communication, and collaboration.
Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials for attendees.
Data entry in excel and produce management software
Proficient in adobe, Google, and Microsoft office
Willing to work in the warehouse assisting with inventory, unloading, pulling orders and running local deliveries.

Experience

Previous in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
Familiarity with phone systems and calendar management tools.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience with adobe and microsoft office
