Warehouse & Installation Associate

Full-Time, Field & Warehouse Hybrid, Growth Track Role

Position Overview

The Warehouse & Installation Associate is a hands-on, growth-oriented role designed to develop skilled commercial installation professionals from the ground up.

This position blends:

Warehouse operations and product staging
Commercial furniture and modular system installation
Moves, adds, and changes (MAC services)
Progressive skill development with pay increases tied to competency

No prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are mechanically curious, detail-oriented, physically active, and motivated to build real-world skills in commercial environments.

This role is structured in stages. As you master each level, your responsibility and compensation increase.

Role Progression Path

Stage 1: Warehouse Operations

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming product
Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse cleanliness
Stage materials by project for upcoming installations
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Prepare tools and materials for field teams
Assist installers on active job sites

Stage 2: Field Support Technician

Separate and stage materials by room or zone
Use basic hand and power tools
Follow installation drawings and instructions
Maintain clean and safe job sites

Stage 3: Installation Technician

Install commercial interior products according to drawings and layout plans
Assemble and reconfigure furniture systems and modular components
Perform repairs, removals, and modifications as needed
Execute moves of cubicles, office suites, filing systems, and specialty equipment
Complete punch list items and ensure quality control

Stage 4: Lead Installation Associate

Lead on-site installations and project execution
Manage staging and workflow on job sites
Communicate progress to Project Manager
Mentor junior team members
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Core Responsibilities

Perform commercial moves, adds, and changes (MAC services)
Install, reconfigure, and service new and existing furniture systems
Load, unload, and transport furniture and equipment
Maintain integrity of moving equipment and service vehicles
Track daily time and job activity accurately
Keep Lead Installer / Project Manager informed of job progress
Adhere to all company safety protocols and attend required safety meetings

Physical & Operational Requirements

Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs
Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
Valid driver’s license required
Willingness to work overtime as project demands require
Ability to work in active corporate and commercial environments
