As a Chiropractic Assistant, you are a positive person with great communication skills and a passion for helping others through our natural and holistic healthcare. You are responsible for greeting our patients as they arrive at our clinic, keeping them accountable to their schedule and collecting money. You will also handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, insurance verification, ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. You meet with new patients to understand why they are seeking care in our office, perform evaluations, review findings with our doctors, perform evaluations on established patients to track their progress, and document all patient encounters. You must have great phone skills, computer software knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. You always keep your workspace clean and assist other team members when needed. You feel good about using your sales and customer service skills to help our patients become healthy and happy!
