Location: Near Lexington, KY (Traveler & Relocation Options Available)
Setting: State-of-the-Art Compounding Pharmacy (Non-Patient Facing)

Ready to step away from the retail counter before you even start, and step into a booming, cutting edge pharmacy environment? Rx relief is seeking multiple Pharmacists, including enthusiastic New Graduates, to join an impressive, high capacity compounding facility just outside of Lexington, KY.

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary: 1st Shift: $130K-$145K, 2nd Shift:$130K+ shift differential
Monthly Production Incentives: Boost your income right out of school! Earn extra each month based on personal and company production goals.
Travelers & Relocation: Not local to Lexington? Traveler candidates are highly welcome and relocation assistance is open for discussion.

Schedule:

There is flexibility to fit your lifestyle, perfect for balancing life after graduation. We have full time or part time available, along with day shift or night shift with set scheduled hours.

Job Duties & Environment

The Role: Sit at a designated desk to accurately review and fill prescriptions for high-demand, cutting-edge GLP-1 compounding medications.
The Environment: Zero patient interaction. You will be working inside an impressive, modern facility alongside a collaborative, welcoming team.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience Level: Candidates with previous high volume experience are highly desired. New Graduates are welcome to apply.
License: Must have a Pharmacist license in Kentucky or if licensed in another state, must be able to obtain a Kentucky license
The Pace: While no formal compounding experience is required, this is a high-volume, fast paced environment. If you have great focus, stamina, and thrived in a busy clinical or rotation workflow, you will absolutely excel here.
