Dental Front Office — Looking for a Dental Office Where You Can Actually Build a Career?

Nayaug Family Dental is a well-run, private, single-doctor practice looking for an organized, dependable, personable individual to join our front office team.

This position is opening because a long-term team member is retiring — and she'll be here to train you before she leaves. You'll have time to learn our patients, systems, and workflows from someone who knows the position inside and out rather than being handed a desk and expected to figure everything out on your own.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in keeping the practice organized and helping our patients have a great experience from their first phone call through completion of treatment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and checking patients in and out
Answering phones and communicating with patients
Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized, productive schedule
Presenting treatment plans and helping patients schedule recommended care
Handling insurance verification, claims, and patient questions
Collecting payments and managing patient accounts
Following up on unscheduled treatment
Maintaining accurate patient information
Helping the day run smoothly for both patients and the clinical team

If you enjoy dentistry but are ready for a change from working chairside, this could be an excellent next step.

Your clinical experience is incredibly valuable at the front desk. You already understand dental terminology, procedures, treatment plans, how appointments flow, and what the clinical team needs to keep the day running smoothly.

Previous dental front-office experience is a plus, but previous dental assisting experience is also highly valued.

We're willing to teach the right person the front-office side of dentistry — and you'll have the unusual advantage of being trained directly by the experienced team member you're replacing.
