Key Responsibilities

Perform testing of API, intermediate for stability and release testing in a cGMP environment;
Develop and validate analytical methods for Assay, Dissolution related substances using HPLC, UV-VIS, GC, Karl Fisher.
Handle titrations and other wet chemistry techniques following compendial monographs.
Prepare protocols for equipment qualification and execution of qualification tests.
Perform instrument calibrations on Balances, UV-VIS and maintain all laboratory equipment.
Assist in writing and finalizing LIRs and OOS reports
Assist in responding to FDA for regulatory submissions; assist in drafting and revising SOPs.
