This position plays a vital role in helping customers achieve their homeownership and financing goals by ensuring residential real estate loans move efficiently from application through closing.

What You'll Do
- Process residential real estate loan files from application through closing.
- Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, appraisers, insurance agents, and other third parties.
- Order and track appraisals, title work, flood determinations, verifications, and other required documentation.
- Prepare and review loan disclosures and closing documents.
- Ensure loans comply with bank policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate loan files and documentation.
- Monitor loan pipelines and meet established deadlines.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the loan process.
- Assist with other lending department duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous mortgage or real estate loan processing experience.
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA.
- Experience working with loan origination software.

Training & Work Location
The successful candidate will complete their initial training in our Le Sueur office to ensure a strong foundation in our lending processes and systems. Following successful training, this position may be based out of any of our branch locations, depending on business needs and the selected candidate's home location. Occasional travel to our Le Sueur office for meetings, training, or collaboration may be required.
