Clarity Dermatology is a physician-owned practice with a growing presence across Colorado. As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for two opportunities:

Denver Tech Center: Full-time position, four days per week in office
Fort Collins: Part-time position, two days per week in office with the ability to transition to full-time as the location grows

Role Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions in collaboration with our physicians and clinical team.
Provide comprehensive patient care including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services based on experience and training.
Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide patient education.
Conduct follow-up visits and monitor treatment outcomes to ensure excellent patient experience and clinical results.
Educate patients on skin health, preventative care, treatment options, and long-term management plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Stay current with advances in dermatology through continuing education and professional development.
Participate in a team-based approach focused on quality, efficiency, and exceptional patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing.
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
At least 2 years of dermatology experience is preferred; strong interest and willingness to learn dermatology is essential.
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications (90k-260k+)
Base salary protection during your ramp-up period, moving to commission-based compensation as your practice grows
