Front Desk / Guest Services
Our Front Desk team is the first point of contact for guests and plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Checking guests in and out
- Answering phone calls
- Assisting with reservations
- Responding to guest questions and requests
- Supporting daily front desk operations
- Helping create a positive guest experience
Ideal candidate:
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable communicating with guests
- Organized and able to multitask
- Basic computer skills required
- Hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Housekeeping
Housekeeping team members help keep guest rooms and hotel areas clean, comfortable, and ready for every guest arrival.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning guest rooms and common areas
- Changing linens and towels
- Restocking room supplies and amenities
- Cleaning bathrooms, floors, and surfaces
- Following hotel cleanliness standards
- Reporting maintenance issues when needed
Ideal candidate:
- Detail-oriented and hardworking
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
Maintenance
Our Maintenance team helps keep the hotel safe, clean, and in good working condition.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing basic repairs and general maintenance
- Completing preventative maintenance tasks
- Inspecting rooms and common areas
- Handling light plumbing, painting, and minor repairs
- Maintaining exterior areas and hotel grounds
- Responding to maintenance requests as needed
Ideal candidate:
- Hands-on, practical, and dependable
- Able to solve basic repair issues
- Responsible and safety-minded
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
Breakfast / Morning Attendant
The Breakfast Attendant helps prepare and maintain the breakfast area so guests can start their morning with a positive experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up breakfast items
- Keeping the breakfast area clean and organized
- Restocking food, beverages, and supplies
- Assisting guests as needed
- Monitoring breakfast service
- Cleaning and closing the breakfast area after service
Ideal candidate:
- Friendly, attentive, and organized
- Able to work early morning shifts
- Comfortable helping guests
- Reliable and clean in work habits
Night Auditor
The Night Auditor supports overnight hotel operations and assists guests during evening and overnight hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling late check-ins
- Assisting guests overnight
- Answering phone calls
- Completing front desk duties
- Reviewing and balancing daily transactions
- Preparing reports for the next business day
Ideal candidate:
- Responsible, trustworthy, and dependable
- Able to work overnight shifts
- Comfortable working independently
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Front desk or hotel experience preferred
