Remote Licensed Insurance Advisor – Outbound Focus (WA License Required)

Location: Fully Remote (Based in WA or holding WA P&C License)

Schedule: M–F, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST

Compensation Range: $100K–$200K annually (Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses)

A WA state-licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional

Strong communication skills, confident on the phone

Self-starter who thrives in a structured, results-oriented setting

Tech-savvy (CRM experience preferred)

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals

Coachable and collaborative – you’ll be part of a sharp, aligned team

Your Day-to-Day

Guide prospective clients through the insurance process with clarity and care

Follow our proven outreach and consultative sales approach

Maintain a healthy lead pipeline using CRM tools

Handle underwriting accuracy and ensure proper documentation

Stay informed on product updates and compliance
