ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, however other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- With a required proficiency in the bank’s core systems and a solid understanding of related data and database methodology, generates, analyzes, validates and distributes all routine sales and operations reports for the Retail and Business Banking (BB) Divisions.
- Designs, tests, and generates ad hoc reports as requested by divisional leadership.
- Prepares and delivers recommendations for revisions to existing report design and related processes in support of changes to corporate or divisional strategies and business initiatives.
- Acts as a back-up to the Senior Retail Information Analyst for all critical functions. Among them are the calculation of quarterly and annual incentive payments related to the division’s primary incentive plans, and the overall administration of the corporate cross-divisional referral program. Able to periodically prepare mid-cycle projections of the same incentives as requested by management.
- In collaboration with Management, responsible for the ongoing updating and maintenance of Retail’s online procedural manuals and the communicating of procedural changes to those impacted.
- Monitors branch performance in areas of operational assurance and generates and distributes related reports and narratives. Assists in documenting the results of branch audits and any other interim branch partnership visits conducted by the Operations Coordinator. May participate in and assist with the performing of such audits and visits.
- Performs administrative and clerical tasks in support of the division’s broader operations which may include, but not be limited to, review, preparation, and submission of approved invoices for payment.
- As the Division’s administrator for the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is responsible for ensuring that the Retail employees required to be registered with the NMLS are in fact, registered, and that those registrations are renewed annually. Manages all related communications and coordination with the NMLS, monitors required training registrations, and processes payment of fees to the NMLS to ensure compliance.
- Utilizing the bank’s CRM tool, monitor and analyze sales and service activities both within the Division, and inter-divisionally with respect referral and cross-sales activities
PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING:
This position is integral to the Retail Banking Services Division’s success in that senior management heavily relies upon the data analyzed and provided, specifically information that is gathered for routine reporting and the calculation of incentive compensation.
The individual in this position has the authority to make his/her own determination on the design of divisional reports and the approach to be used in analysis of the data used in those reports. S/he meets often with the Senior Information Analyst, Operations Coordinator and other members of the management team to discuss approach and results but is relied upon to have the requisite knowledge to understand objectives and analyze data in a methodical and logical fashion to ensure it can be easily consumed by leadership and end users
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma required; 1-3 years of Retail Banking experience; advanced knowledge of MS Access and Excel.

Salary Range: $53,000 - $67,000
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, and performance. This range may be modified in the future.
