Hiring Range: $675,000.00 – $878,000.00
Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, and performance
Inpatient Responsibilities
Provide EP consultations and inpatient rounding at RRMC
Evaluate and manage complex arrhythmias including atrial fibrillation, SVT, ventricular arrhythmias, and syncope
Interpret telemetry, ECGs, and diagnostic studies
Perform EP procedures as indicated
Collaborate with hospital teams on care planning and transitions of care
Outpatient Responsibilities
Evaluate new referrals and manage established EP patients in clinic
Perform and follow up on EP procedures and device implants
Manage antiarrhythmic and anticoagulation therapies
Provide patient education on arrhythmia management and treatment options
Coordinate care with referring providers and cardiology subspecialties
Partner closely with device clinic and remote monitoring teams
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development
Support growth of electrophysiology services across the region
Contribute to clinical workflows and best practices
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
DEA certification
Strong clinical and procedural skills in electrophysiology
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Established cardiovascular service line with strong infrastructure
Access to advanced EP technology and support staff
Collaborative culture with engaged physician leadership
Growing referral base and opportunity to expand EP volumes
