Full Job Description

Job Overview
Each One Teach One, LLC is seeking passionate, eager-to-learn Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs), registered and in good standing with the Virginia Board of Counseling, to join our dedicated, person-centered team.

As a QMHP, you will provide Mental Health Skill Building and/or Intensive In-Home services, working directly with clients in their homes and communities. You will deliver individualized, person-centered care that promotes independence, stability, and overall well-being. Services include psychoeducational support, mentoring, family relationship building, social skills training, anger management, academic and vocational guidance, and life skills training to enhance independent living.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct individual sessions to address clients' mental health needs
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation
Provide counseling and support in the home, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment
Employ therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to facilitate client progress
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registered and in good standing with the Virginia Board of Counseling
Must have a valid driver's license
CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
Previous experience in individual and/or group counseling preferred
Experience working with individuals with PTSD or geriatric populations is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care
